How To Order
Once you have fallen in love with our furniture and have decided to order your chosen pieces, we appreciate that the personal touch is everything. We are all individuals and to ensure that your shopping experience is unique to you there are a number of different ways in which to place an order. At the time of your order placement we will ask for a 50% deposit for items that are not currently in stock, either by credit/debit card or cheque depending on how you place your order, with the balance payable prior to delivery. We will also advise you of the date that items are due into stock. Should the items you wish to order be in stock with us we will ask for the balance in full, we will then clear the items for delivery with our Distribution Company who will contact you to arrange a delivery date within 14 working days of the date you placed your order.
As I am sure you are now aware, Newtons is dedicated to producing fabulous pieces of furniture that are both individual and unique, if the items you have ordered are not currently in stock we will endeavour to deliver them to you within a maximum of 12-16 weeks. Items that are in stock will usually be delivered within 14 working days. Should you require an update of you order arrival we are always happy to give you a progress report.
Website Order
Take a look through our website shop window, click on pieces that for you have the WOW factor and the items details will appear on the screen. If you then wish to order the piece please add the item to your shopping list by clicking on ‘purchase’.
You can view your purchases by clicking ‘View List’ at any time during your visit, you can then choose to either continue shopping or proceed to Checkout where we will ask you for the details required to process your order. The wesite will ask for a 50% deposit to secure your order and an email confirmation will be sent to you once the order has been processed advising you whether the item is in stock or the wait involved if it is not. If the order is not in stock we will keep you updated and notify you once the order is ready for delivery.
Telephone Order
We appreciate that sometimes it is nicer to place an order in person, and ask that you call us on 01626 333006 during our opening hours of 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, where one of our friendly and knowledgeable members of staff will be happy to have a chat with you about your purchases, answering any queries you may have and advising stock levels to enable you to proceed with your order. Once you have placed an order a confirmation letter together with a copy of your order and card receipt will be posted to you on the day of your order placement. All we ask is that once received by yourself you check that all the relevant details are correct. We will contact you via telephone, email or post once your items are in stock, and can also process your balance payment at this time.
Orders By Post
If you are the type of person that likes to peruse a brochure, ideally whilst enjoying a nice glass of wine, you may like to use the mail order form that accompanies our furniture portfolio. Simply fill in sections 1 to 3 in capital letters and send the top copy along with your credit/debit card details or a cheque to the address at the bottom of the order form. Please retain the bottom copy for your records. On the day Newtons receives your order we will allocate your pieces and send you a letter of order confirmation the same day.
