The 60 Minute team heads to Kent to surprise Rochester-based mother and grandma Sue, who's had a tough few years.

Her husband passed away four years ago from cancer and then last year Sue was diagnosed with the same disease. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy and has been in and out of hospital.
