Do you have a Showroom?
No, we are completely based on line which enables us to pass on the savings made by keeping our prices as low as possible for you, our wonderful customer. Having said that you are always welcome to visit our warehouse which is based in the Midlands, the staff are very helpful and are happy to show you around and unwrap any pieces you may be interested in. This is a working warehouse and viewing is only available by appointment. We also offer a Money Back Guarantee, if you do not like your furniture for any reason when it is delivered to you we are happy to offer a full refund as long as you notify us within 14 days that you would like to make a return.
What is your furniture made from?
All our furniture is handmade from mahogany, a hardwood known for its strength and close grain making it ideal for our master craftsman with their amazing ability to create intricate carved details. Occasionally, especially in the case of larger panels we may additionally use medium density fibreboard. To ensure sustainability, all our timber is sourced from forests which form part of a government run regeneration programme and no timber is purchased by us without certification to support this. Remember our furniture is Designed By Us, Handmade for you.
Do I need to buy a special size mattress for your beds?
No, not at all. Our beds take standard UK size single, double, king and super king mattresses. The measurements given for each bed on our product pages are the maximum exterior dimensions for each piece to allow you to plan your room ensuring that the bed you have chosen fits the space available in your bedroom.

How do I place an Order?

Does your furniture arrive fully assembled?
Yes, as our furniture is cabinet made on the whole it arrives with you fully assembled. Some pieces may arrive with you as more than one component, for instance some of our wardrobes arrive as a base section with drawer and a top hanging section that sit neatly on top of once another. The only pieces of French Furniture that will require assembly are our beds but don't worry, our delivery company take care of the for you. They will fully assemble you bed and take away all the packaging at the time of you delivery.
Can I mix and match furniture from your Collections?
Yes, of course. Unlike many of our competitors we make all our own furniture rather than buying in from wholesalers. This enables us to use the same paint, leaf, stain or lacquer on any piece of furniture allowing you to place 2 or more pieces from different Collections in the same room safe in the knowledge that they will be a perfect match.
Do you delivery to everywhere in the UK and Ireland?
We delivery to all mainland UK addresses, along with Ireland and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Isle of Wight, Isle Of Man or the Channel Islands but we are happy to deliver to a mainland delivery company if you are able to organise your own onward transportation, we have several companies we can recommend.
Do you charge for Delivery?
Orders over £999.00 and all our accessories are delivered FREE of charge. Orders under £999.00 start at £49.00 for England & Wales and include delivery to the room of your choice, unwrapping of all item, bed assembly if one is included in your order and removal of packing from your home. Do you deliver to the room of my choice?
We pride ourselves on offering a platinum delivery service rather than a mere drop off service, not only do we deliver to the room of your choice but we also unwrap all items to allow you to inspect them, assemble your bed if this forms part of your order and then remove all the packaging from your home for recycling.
How long will I have to wait for my Delivery?
We keep thousands of items in stock at any one time, especially our 'Best Sellers' with delivery to you normally within 14 days. If an item is not in stock we will notify you at the time of order placement and advise you of the length of wait expected. We have furniture arriving into our warehouse weekly so the expected wait can be anything from 2 weeks for popular items to 14 weeks for made to order pieces. Unlike many of our competitors we do not ask for payment in full for items that are not in stock instead we take a 50% deposit and the balance isn't payable until your furniture is in our warehouse ready for delivery to you.
What if I don't like the furniture when it Arrives?
Not a problem, we understand that it is sometimes difficult to imagine our French Style Furniture from a picture on the internet or in a brochure which is why we offer a full money back guarantee. Should you not like your new furniture when the delivery team unpack it, for any reason at all, just send it back to us with the delivery team for a full refund.You can find out all about our returns policy by visiting our Returns Info page
An item I order has arrived damaged, what shall I do?
Although a rarity furniture can occasionally arrive to your home having been damaged in transit. If the item is usable we recommend keeping it with you so that you have a usable piece of furniture until we can organise a replacement for you. If the item is not usable please return it with the delivery team and we will get a replacement to you as soon as possible, either way, please make a note of any damage on the 'Proof Of Delivery' docket as we are unable to make any exchanges if this is not noted at the time of delivery. What is your returns policy?
We adhere very strongly to the distance selling laws and ensure you statutory rights are met at all times, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return an item for refund or exchange.
